What does the acceptance guarantee cover?
Acceptance guarantee: if HM Passport Office, the DVLA, HMRC or any UK bank refuses to accept your document solely because of its wording, tell us within 60 days and we will refund you in full. The guarantee covers wording — the one thing we control. To claim, email us within 60 days with the refusal details and we will refund you in full.
What does the guarantee NOT cover?
Outcomes that depend on your execution or eligibility: signing errors (our instruction card exists to prevent these), missing witnesses, missing name-in-use evidence, or an organisation’s separate eligibility rules. It also does not cover change of mind once the PDF has been delivered, per the waiver you confirm at checkout.
What if you make a mistake in my document?
Faulty or incorrectly generated documents are replaced or refunded without time limit. If we made a typo, tell us and we will always issue a corrected PDF free of charge first — that is the fastest fix for everyone.
Why can’t I cancel for a refund after delivery?
Our products are digital content delivered instantly. At checkout you actively confirmed: “I want my document delivered immediately by email and I agree that, because delivery starts straight away, I waive my 14-day right to cancel.” Once the PDF is delivered, the digital content has been supplied with your consent, so change-of-mind refunds do not apply. Before delivery, you can cancel freely.
How do I request a refund?
