What are you selling?

Personalised legal document PDFs — deed polls, statutory declarations and notification letter packs — generated from the details you give us and delivered by email, with a personal re-download link valid for 12 months. One-time payment. Yours forever. No subscription, ever. We never print, post, witness or store executed documents.

What am I responsible for?

The accuracy of the details you enter, and the correct execution of the document: printing it, signing it in ink (in both old and new names for a deed poll), and having two independent witnesses aged 18 or over physically present — or, for statutory declarations, signing only in front of an authorised witness and declaring only what you know to be true. Our instruction cards walk you through every step.

What are you responsible for?

The wording of the documents. Acceptance guarantee: if HM Passport Office, the DVLA, HMRC or any UK bank refuses to accept your document solely because of its wording, tell us within 60 days and we will refund you in full. If we make a typo, we will always issue a corrected PDF free of charge first.

How does the 14-day cancellation right work?

Our products are digital content delivered instantly. At checkout you actively confirm that you want immediate delivery and agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts. Without that confirmation, payment does not proceed. Order confirmations state that digital delivery began with your consent.

What are the limits of your service?

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our documents use professionally drafted, widely accepted wording; if your circumstances are complex — contested child name changes, court proceedings, immigration matters — consult a solicitor. We are an independent document service and are not affiliated with HM Government.
