Daniel runs the editorial pipeline end to end: researching each topic against GOV.UK guidance, official fee schedules and legislation.gov.uk; writing the guides in the site's answer-first structure; maintaining the single source file that holds the deed poll and statutory declaration wording; and keeping the comparison and cost pages current as fees change.

Daniel founded InstantDeedPoll.co.uk after going through the name-change process himself and finding the market split between overpriced solicitor-drafted documents and confusing official guidance. He is not a solicitor and does not give legal advice — the site's documents use settled, widely accepted wording, and its guides are checked by an independent paralegal reviewer before publication.
