An unenrolled deed’s format and delivery method do not themselves determine acceptance. A properly executed home-printed deed can have the same legal effect as a posted one, but the wording, signing and recipient’s supporting-evidence requirements still matter. Some organisations specifically require enrolment; neither price nor paper changes an unenrolled deed into an enrolled one.
