Why does this site exist?
We built a service for people who want to enter their details online, preview the prepared document before payment and download a PDF to print themselves. There is no postal dispatch to wait for. Re-downloads are available for 12 months, and you can print extra copies for your own use without a per-copy charge from us. If you prefer to prepare your own deed poll, our free template is another option.
Which UK organisations accept our deed polls?
HM Passport Office accepts properly completed unenrolled deeds as name-change evidence. Other organisations set their own evidence requirements, and some may ask for an enrolled deed. Check the recipient's current instructions before buying or sending documents. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting for government departments, banks or other record-holders.

What do you stand by commercially?

Printing, postage to organisations, official application fees and authorised witnessing are separate where needed. If HM Passport Office, DVLA, HMRC or a UK bank refuses a document solely because of its wording, tell us within 60 days to claim under the acceptance guarantee.
