We identify the relevant jurisdiction, document and receiving organisation, then consult its official guidance. Sources include GOV.UK, HM Passport Office, DVLA, devolved authorities and legislation.gov.uk. A competitor's website can establish what that competitor advertises; it cannot establish the law.

We distinguish official fees from our preparation charges, estimated processing times from commitments, and a recipient's evidence requirements from a general explanation of deed polls.

A short answer introduces the page, followed by sections that explain the steps, evidence, costs and exceptions. Tables compare choices where useful. Product pages identify when the paid service is suitable and when an existing certificate, free template or official form may be enough.

Someone who only needs a quick answer should be able to find it without completing a form or buying a document.

The form collects the information needed for the selected document. Validation checks the required fields and supported product route. The preview lets the customer inspect the entered details before payment; the final PDF is generated after a successful payment.

Templates and automated tests help preserve wording and check that documents render. These checks do not prove that supplied facts are true or that every legal condition is met. Orders do not receive individual legal review.

The publication build checks page metadata, canonical links, internal links, sitemap coverage and machine-readable descriptions. It checks that structured FAQ answers agree with the visible page. Separate tests cover document generation and important checkout behaviour. We also check served pages and representative layouts when releasing changes.

A passing check means the tested condition passed. It is not a guarantee that every factual statement is current, every device works perfectly, or a search engine will rank or cite a page.

The price pays for the selected personalised PDF product and its included instructions. The adult deed poll costs £14.99, the child pack £17.99, and statutory-declaration preparation starts at £9.99. Payments are one-time; optional extras are shown before payment.

You arrange printing, signing and any required authorised witnessing. Updating a passport or another official record can have separate fees. We do not automatically notify organisations for you. The scope of the wording guarantee is set out in our refund policy.

Substantive updates have dates assigned to the individual page. The same page date is used in its relevant machine-readable information and sitemap entry. A rebuild does not refresh the dates of unchanged content, and an updated date alone does not signify professional legal review.

We use source changes and reported errors to identify content that needs attention. Material corrections are recorded in the corrections log; readers can also follow the official links to verify current requirements.

Check the spelling and facts in the preview, confirm the document is accepted for the intended purpose, and follow the signing instructions. An unsigned PDF is not a completed deed poll. Statutory declarations require the appropriate authorised witness, and organisations may ask for evidence beyond the document we prepare.
