How do I get help with my order?

Email support@instantdeedpoll.co.uk with your order reference (it is in your delivery email) and we will sort it — re-sent PDFs, corrected documents if we made a typo, refund requests under the acceptance guarantee. We respond within 2 working days.

I can’t find my PDF or re-download link. What do I do?

First check your spam folder — the PDF arrives by email within minutes of payment, and spam filters occasionally catch it. Your delivery email also contains your personal re-download link, valid for 12 months with unlimited downloads. If it is still missing, email us from the address you ordered with and we will resend everything.

Can you give me legal advice about my situation?

No — we are not a law firm and cannot advise on individual circumstances. For contested child name changes, court matters or anything complex, consult a solicitor. Our disclaimer explains the boundary clearly.
